This is why all personal consultations that we do are booking appointments and requires a $100 cash or check deposit.

• Step 3: Bring the Deposit Agreement and a check or cash deposit of $100 with you.

Take 5% off your floral order when you send in the Deposit Agreement in advance of your consultation. We will contact you upon receipt of your deposit to set-up your personal consultation.

• Step 2: Mail in this form plus a deposit of $100 made payable to: The $100 Bouquet Company

Take 10% off your floral order when you complete the necessary paperwork below. Your contract will be sent to you via e-mail. No personal consultation = even bigger savings for you!
